Tar balls were discovered on the pristine white sands of Pensacola Beach today. The reality of this disaster is overwhelming. This should not have happened in the first place, there are still hundreds of thousands of gallons of oil spewing from the underwater pipe because another one of BP's attempts has failed. If they don't have the resources to fix something like this they shouldn't be drilling in the first place. In my opinion they should not be drilling even if they knew how to fix it. There are too many species that are already too far gone and cannot be saved now that the oil is filling the Gulf. I feel helpless as I watch the toxic

Summer is JUST around the corner. I am hoping to save up enough money for a new camera, that means I have a lot of lifeguarding to do. I will have tons of new pictures soon. I have a feeling that this summer is going to be a good one. :)
